Description
Dahlia is a three-bedroom home on a quiet street in Lekki Phase 1. Bigger than you expect, calmer than you remember Lagos being.
The palette is soft, with a neutral coloured living room, a long sofa you will end up napping on, and enough space that three people can be in the room without being in each other's way. There is a proper dining table, the kind built for long lunches that turn into longer afternoons.
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, sleeps six. The main suite has a king bed, an ensuite, and a balcony. The two guest rooms have king beds. Good for families. Good for two couples splitting a trip. Good for a project team that wants their own rooms but a shared kitchen.
The kitchen is fully stocked: pots, pans, plates, and a blender. Cook properly or do not cook at all. Both are fine. Fast Wi-Fi for the work you swore you would not do on this trip.
Lekki Phase 1 is the part of Lagos that does its own thing. You are five minutes from Admiralty Way for banks, gyms, and a fast food run when nobody can be bothered. Prince Ebeano, NY Supermarket, and Adiba (24/7) handle the groceries. Black Bell, Foodies or Orile satisfy the local food craving. Filmhouse IMAX is the Sunday cinema. Tirta Ayu is the spa worth the trip.
For something to do: walk or jog the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge at sunrise (best time, fewer cars), take the kids to Upbeat or Rufus and Bees, or rent a boat from the waterfront at Wole Olateju. Stop at Nike Art Gallery for an afternoon, then find a decent coffee spot on the way home. Victoria Island is ten minutes when traffic behaves. Ikoyi is five.
Built for families, longer stays, and anyone who wants a real house in Lagos rather than three hotel rooms with a corridor between them. Stay a week, a month, a season. Longer stays come with better rates.

How does check-in work?
Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 11am. Depending on the stay, check-in is self service with a smart lock or a manual key with a member of our team.
We send clear instructions after your booking is confirmed, including any access codes, identification requirements at the gate, and parking information. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes possible; ask ahead and we will confirm availability and any extra charge.
How do I pay for my stay?
Once your dates are confirmed, you can pay by debit or credit card using a secure payment link, or by bank transfer. If you prefer a transfer, our account details are included on your invoice.

Do you charge a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable caution fee of ₦100,000 is charged prior to check-in. It is returned within a few days after check-out, once a basic inspection confirms there is no damage beyond normal wear.
What is included in the nightly rate?
Use of the entire apartment, utilities such as electricity and water (subject to fair use), cleaning before your arrival, fresh bed linen and towels, fast Wi-Fi, and access to building facilities where available.
Longer stays include one complimentary cleaning session each week. Extras such as airport transfers or additional cleans are priced separately.
Where exactly is Dahlia, and is the area safe?
Dahlia is on a quiet street in Lekki Phase 1, five minutes from Admiralty Way and ten from Victoria Island when traffic behaves.
We choose secure, well managed buildings and neighbourhoods, with controlled access or estate gates and security staff where possible. We send up to date gate access instructions before you arrive, and we always advise the normal precautions you would take in any city.
What are the house rules?
No parties, events or loud music. No smoking anywhere in the apartment, including balconies. Pets are not allowed. Normal visitors are welcome as long as building rules, the agreed number of overnight guests, and quiet hours are respected.
Commercial photography, videography and film production are not allowed. And the most important rule: enjoy your stay.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 7 days before arrival for a full refund, processed within 2 to 7 working days. Cancelling within 7 days of arrival, or not showing up, carries a fee equal to a 3 night stay.
Cancellation terms for peak periods can differ and are always stated clearly on your booking confirmation.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, if the calendar allows. Message us as early as possible and if the apartment is free, we will send a quote for the extra nights. Longer stays come with better rates.
